RO-PURE PLUS failure 3 Gallon White Metal Storage Tank for Reverse Osmosis Systems Shop All

Question

RO-PURE PLUS failure 3 Gallon White Metal Storage Tank for Reverse Osmosis Systems Shop All

I have a RO-PURE PLUS system purchased on October 2018. The water only flows out of the faucet for a couple of seconds and then dribbles. All the filters were replaced on October 2025. There are no kinks in the tubing, valves are open, and the tank feels full, so the pressure cannot be measured on an empty tank. The pressure with the tank full is zero. Occasionally I hear a clunking sound and the water flowing momentarily. I've replaced the tank a few years ago. We love the filter; how do I get the system to work again? Is the problem likely the tank or some other system component?

Thanks,
John-

Based solely on the information you provided, i would think the tank is causing your issue. A full tank pressure would be between 30 & 50 psi. You stated its zero. You can try to pressurize your tank using the link below, or replace the tank. Please call 800-752-5582 for further diagnostic information.
Check Air Pressure in the Tank and Re-pressurize
