There is a leak from the faucet with the air gap. How do I correct this problem?gap

That would depend on the actual location of the leak. If the leak is coming from the air gap hole it most likely relates to a blockage in the black tube or where the black tube connects to the drain. If the leak is from other spot within the faucet you will need to call (800-752-5582) for troubleshooting advise.
